Overview
The Training & Placement Cell at Malla Reddy College of Engineering for Women provides personal and
career-oriented support to its students. The main motive is to enable the students to effectively cope with
academics at college and also for successful careers after graduating from the college. Apart from the
training provided during the regular course curriculum, the college also provides an extensive training
program to prepare the students for the recruitment process in their final year. The college engages
specialized trainers for conducting this training. The effectiveness of the training is evident from the
consistent and remarkable placement record. Our placement policy is holistic and well balanced making
us a prominent choice for the companies who wish to hold placement drives.
TRAINING ACTIVITIES
Objectives
* To assist students, develop/clarify their academic and career interests, and their short and long-term goals through individual counseling and group sessions
* To assist students, develop and implement successful job search strategies.
* To train students in industry ready with latest technologies.
* To assist employers to achieve their hiring goals.
* To arrange Industry visits, conduct Technical talks.
* To act as a link between students, alumni and the employment community.
* To assist our students in obtaining final placement in reputed companies.
Responsibilities:
* Career Development and Guidance Program.
* Free Gate Coaching through NPTEL Local Chapter.
* Free ILETS Training in collaboration with Malla Reddy International Education Centre - MRIEC
* Organizing various skill offering programs through Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge – TASK.
* Motivating students to participate in Entrepreneurship activities through EDC Cell.
* Internship and Full Time Placement Activities.
* Providing Company specific campus R recruitment trainings for students.
* Facilitate Pre-Placement visits to the companies.
* Communication, Networking and Relationship Building with Potential Recruiters.
* Alumni Engagement.
