The Governing Body of college is responsible for ensuring effective management and planning of future development of college. The Governing body looks after the affairs of the Institution and provides the primary objectives of teaching and research.It includes considering and approving the strategic plan for an institution, and identifying the financial, physical and staffing strategies. The members of the body are dedicated eminent personalities such as educationists and industrialists etc.
The institute functions with perfect decentralized administration as depicted in Organization Chart that has complete transparency in the decision making process.
The Board of Governors meets once in a year and takes policy decisions on financial, academic, and administrative matters for the development of an institution. The board meets to review various academic activities undertaken and monitors the progress of various academic programmes to meet the institution’s vision and mission by taking the views of stake holders into account. The Board being an advisory body, formulates rules and regulations for corrective actions to be taken for smooth functioning and better attainment of academic activities of college.
